Synopsis

The story invites us into the enigmatic world of Ikkyu, a biologically synthetic nurse who awakens in an off-limits experimental forest, stolen away to tend to the dying assassin, Sync. Incomplete and fragile, Ikkyu finds herself overwhelmed by her vulnerability, but also discovers an extraordinary gift: the ability to communicate with the sentient environment through sound.

As her exposure to Sync’s affection deepens and her sonic encounters with the environment intensify, Ikkyu begins to transform. Creativity sparks within her, and a nascent longing awakens—challenging everything she knows about her purpose and selfhood. Torn between the boundaries of her design and the depths of her emotions, Ikkyu makes a daring choice, setting in motion a chain of events that will ripple far beyond their secluded world.
